On November 26, 2020, Design Shanghai, an annual grand event in design, kicked off at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. At the special moment, the event provided tens of thousands of professionals and amateurs with a splendid feast of design, where considerable exquisite products designed by masters were exhibited. With seven blocks covering Contemporary Design, Classic Design, Design of Toilet & Kitchen Facilities, Design of Office Supplies, New Materials & Applications, Accessory Design, and Talents, the exhibition collected over 400 works designed by high-end brands and independent designers from China and over 30 counties in the rest of the world.

        As one of the few brands devoting to original outdoor furniture in China, VINEKO attended Design Shanghai with superior outdoor products, so as to offer an elegant, comfortable experience of outdoor life to the audience pursuing high quality and perfect details. At Design Shanghai, VINEKO’s exhibition was unfolded with a focus on the evolution of outdoor furniture.

        Currently, the evolution of outdoor furniture has become more flexible. There are now less barriers between the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Instead of being used merely in outdoor environments, outdoor furniture can also play its part indoors. As such, factors such as elegant shape and fine workmanship are also taken into consideration in their design process.

        Against this backdrop, VINEKO illustrated the concept of All Weather Furniture in the exhibition through three areas, namely all-metal outdoor products, woven and Batyline products, and sofas  which are suitable for both indoor and outdoor uses.

        The Nine Degrees collection, the design provided by the Spain-based design studio Enrique Martí Associates, has introduced the idea of entry lux, which was exclusive to indoor furniture previously, into outdoor furniture. The endeavor aims to create the best living experience for users whether indoors or outdoors.

        Except for the Nine Degrees collection, VINEKO also rolled out new products including Holly Sofa, Mia Sofa, R1 Chair, and Celia Chair. Also, such year-round best sellers as Tania, Mars, and Brienz were applauded by designers, due to the novel, simple design accompanied by exquisite details.

        The four-day-long design feast will be wrapped up today. Upon the conclusion of the event, VINEKO outdoor furniture would like to extend appreciation to you all and we are looking forward to the reunion in Guangzhou next spring.
